Meanwhile its simple construction, light weight, convenient transmission and laying make it sure that the cable can be laid every where without limitation to difference of level. Compared with paper insulated power cable, XLPE insulated power cable is more superior. Its bending radius is smaller, current-carrying capacity is bigger. Besides, it is more simple to join the middle and end, easier to be produced and laid, and cleaner. As a result at present, XLPE insulated power cable is widely used in city power grid, high building, mines, petrochemical industry and mining enterprises. It is the upgrading and new-style cable to take the place of oiled-paper insulated products. Manufacturing standard: The standard for this cable is GB/T 12706-2002 and IEC60502 from International Electrical Commission. Application: It is designed for the fixed laid line of electricity transmission and distribution at rated voltage of 35kV and below. Application characteristics: l Max. rated operating temperature of conductor is 90ºC. l Max. overloading temperature ≤130ºC l Short-circuit temperature, Max. short circuit temperature ≤250ºC(within 5 secs) l Bending diameter: Permissible bending radius of single-core cable: 20(D+d)±5% Permissible bending radius of multi-core cable: 15(D+d)±5% D is the actual outer diameter of cable. d is the actual outer diameter of conductor. l Laying temperature shall be no less than 0ºC. Cable should be preheated before being laid when the temperature is under 0ºC. l Pulling strength: For aluminum core: 4*S(N) For copper core: 7*S(N) Where, S is the total cross-sectional area of cable. Note:1. We can produce All types of flame retardant cable. Flame retardant power cable is marked by 'ZA', 'ZB', 'ZC' added before the above types. Armor of single core cable shall adopt non-magnetic material or material which can reduce magnetic loss. The cable series manufactured are: Polythene insulation electric cable for 35kV and below, PVC insulation electric cable, control cable, aerial cable, aluminium stranded conductor and steel-reinforced aluminium stranded conductor, prefabricated branch cable, computer control cable, fluorine plastic insulation cable, silicon rubber insulation cable, light rail cable, K3 cable and the cables being fire resistant, or fire retardant, of low-smoke&halogen-free, or of low-smoke&low-halogen.
