Zhejiang Wanma Co., Ltd was established in 1996, and it occupies an area of 200, 000 square meters, and its total capital is 3.45billion yuan. The company is staffed with more than 1500 workers and employees, of which over 150 are engineering technicians. From its foundation, the company boosted up to be a large-scale professional cable manufacturing enterprise integrating scientific research, design, manufacturing and sale, and now occupies a leading position in domestic wire&cable industry.

In 1996, the company has passed the authentication of ISO9002 Quality Assurance System. 10-25kV cross-linked cables won the national excellent products certificate in 1998, and which was the first one in the electric instruments industry of China. The company has equipments for production and test advanced both home and abroad, including: Production line imported form Finland Nokia Company for manufacturing 110kV three-layer-co-extruded high-voltage cross-linked cable; Derivometer imported from Germany Sikora Company of layer-analysis type for cross-linked cable; Partial discharge detector imported from America Cibo Company. The cable series manufactured are: Polythene insulation electric cable for 35kV and below, PVC insulation electric cable, control cable, aerial cable, aluminium stranded conductor and steel-reinforced aluminium stranded conductor, prefabricated branch cable, computer control cable, fluorine plastic insulation cable, silicon rubber insulation cable, light rail cable, K3 cable and the cables being fire resistant, or fire retardant, of low-smoke&halogen-free, or of low-smoke&low-halogen. The total types of the cables are over 150, and products of different specifications are over 1400.
